The company prides itself on providing high quality services and extraordinary customer care.  Currently, Moncks Corner Dry Cleaners offers dry cleaning & laundry services, alterations and button repair. The company employs 14 people, all of whom have become "family". According to manager Michael Locklier, the company gauges their success by the number of satisfied customers who leave with smiles on their faces.  According to Locklier, "We have been blessed with customers who are loyal and make our days enjoyable."  The company's motto is "we spoil our customers, not their clothes".
