Visitors/Newcomers information - The Chamber promotes its members to current residents, businesses, tourists and newcomers. Over 50,000 tourists and residents visit and call the Chamber each year. And, another 18,000 write the Chamber seeking information about the chamber and Berkeley County. Fact: If you are not a Chamber member, you are missing out on thousands of business opportunities.

Referral System - The Chamber responds to inquiries by making referrals of CHAMBER MEMBERS ONLY.

Relocation Inquiries - An updated listing of all requests made to the Chamber for relocation information is available to members seeking leads on newcomers to our area. This listing is a great source of business leads, and the cost is free to members.

Membership Decal - Display this proudly to let your customers know you have made an investment in the community to make it the best place to visit, live, and conduct business.

Mailing Labels - Target your mailings by using the hottest mailing list in the area - The Chamber's mailing list. Labels are just $50.00 to members! Non-members pay $150.00.

Building Your Business Network

Receptions and Drop-ins - These events are held to allow members to network and promote their business to fellow chamber members. Remember: Chamber members tend to do business with and promote fellow Chamber members.

Breakfast Meetings - Yet another opportunity to meet your fellow Chamber members! The Berkeley Chamber holds area council meetings in Moncks Corner, Hanahan, Goose Creek and Daniel Island.

Special Luncheons and Breakfast - The Chamber has their Annual Meeting, Teacher of the Year, Breakfast of Champions, Salute to Small Businesses, Industrial Appreciation, Legislative Luncheon and more...

Tax Deduction - Your membership in the Chamber is not deductible as a contribution; however, it may be deducted as a necessary business expense.

We're on Your Team - Where else can you get a trained professional staff to help you with business problems for pennies a day? We're the voice of business. We represent business concerns to all levels of government. The Chamber acts as a small business "lobbyist" - something most small companies cannot otherwise afford.

Seminars - We want small business to prosper, and our seminars are designed to help them do just that.

Small Business Counseling - find out what you are doing correctly and in what areas you can improve your business through Small Business Counseling. It is another way the Chamber works to keep you in the black.

Getting You Involved
